Shipping within Australia

• Standard Delivery (Parcel Post): Generally takes 2–8 business days within Australia, depending on the origin and destination 

• Express Delivery (Express Post): Typically delivers within 1–4 business days depending on the origin and destination 

Shipping within New Zealand

Delivered through Australia Post, Standard delivery time estimates 6-27 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non- Returnable Items and Refunds 

Style By Shanny makes the decision refunds or returns won’t be accepted if you have a change of mind; please ensure item is the right purchase for you before you process. Other reasons such as product damaged during delivery; will not be accepted. Style By Shanny prioritises packaging your items safely and securely for you to receive your item in good condition
